Let me begin by saying that we stayed at one of the remodeled units and it was nicely done. I also appreciated the space and privacy the two bedrooms allowed for my family. We thought it was located near everything we wanted to see.
Negatives: The room was not as clean when we accessed. There was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower and the refrigerator was dirty. As we were super tired from an 11 hour drive we took care of it ourselves. We selected this hotel for the convenience of having a pool, but unfortunately it was closed and we had to walk to a near by hotel to use theirs. Although inconvenient we still got to cool off in the water. One of the nights someone pulled the fire alarm, thankfully it was a false alarm, but we couldn’t sleep in peace the rest of the night. Apparently someone walked in and did it. We encountered a few very interesting individuals under the influence of some powerful drugs outside of the hotel. That actually can’t be helped but thought to mention it was a little scary at first but then we found it there was a few folks like that around that area.
Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early as the noise from the construction next door was unbearable. When I asked to check out I was told that I couldn’t check out early because I had already paid for 5 nights. When I explained the noise was the factor I was just told sorry and that there were no refunds. I was told to wait and come back the next morning to get a receipt and check out.

We had an amazing stay for our 10th anniversary. Staff went above and beyond, with the highest privacy and care. Having a dedicated checkin desk only for the 4th floor was very handy. For a second you forget you are in a majestic Chateau, and feel like you are in a very cozy and private stay. They had great recommendations of the surroundings. They even made a reservation for me. The complementary servings are awesome. Location was impressively accessible, it's way closer to everything than we thought looking it was on Google maps.
