"We had a wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach at this property. Chrissy and Rod were so responsive and easy to work with! The beach and pool were wonderful and convenient. The layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples- it was also clean and comfortable! We would definitely return!"

"We came here with our 3 married children and 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 8 years-3 months old. Duplex is laid out perfect for multiple families. living space on both ends gives them all their own space. Location is great! right across the street from the Gulf. We could spend time on the beach every day. House and backyard are beautiful and private! surrounded by fence and shrubs so even on cool days you were protected from the wind. This was our second time there and wouldn't hesitate for a minute to come back. Highly recommend this place!"

"The property should have been renovated about 20 or 30 years ago. Minimal furniture. Minimal hangers. No luggage racks for luggage. Old and sometimes beat up furniture. Poor shower head. Questionable wash cloths. Minimal kitchen utensils and silverware. No chair to sit in upstairs."

"We had a great stay although weather was terrible but the house was nice to have right on the beach. Restaurants nearby were awesome!"

"Clean room, quiet area, very convenient location. Check in process was a little odd, staff were okay. Front desk staff are only available until 10pm after that, you have to call a neighbor hotel for assistance. Water park was nice and very convenient but there is an additional charge. View from balcony was amazing. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was easy until the garage was full and then you had to park on the street. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. "
