This quiet, cozy house is about 20 yards from the beach down a quiet, no-outlet street, and this part of the beach was far less congested than a mile south toward all of the resorts. The included washer and dryer were perfect, allowing us to bring fewer items on the flight. The included parking space is a gem when parking along the strip requires you to pay, and the shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. There’s a Publix two miles away for easy shopping. The owner also had plenty of beach towels and chairs available which heightened our beach experience. While checking out, their behavior was extremely unprofessional and the owner was using unparliamentary words which we never experienced in our 40 years of life span.I will never recommend this place if you are looking for a well spent vacation and wish they learn how to behave with guests in the hospitality industry. ##### Debashis D.
