"We loved this property! It was perfect for our large group of 28 people. We could walk to the beach, hang out on the roof, or spend time in smaller groups in separate rooms. The space seemed unlimited in this house. Anything we could have needed for the kitchen was already there so we were able to make our own meals. Cleanliness was next level in a house like this, nothing was out of place. Bedding was great, so comfortable. Host was very attentive, answered any questions and offered services if needed. Highly recommend this property!"

"The host was a bit difficult to reach when I had a question, but a week later we finally got in touch. The location is a short walk to the beach and had all the beach items that we needed. There were a lot of clean bath towels which was good. We were on the ground floor of the unit and could hear everyone upstairs, coming and going which was a bit disappointing. The house itself was cute but no storage whatsoever. There was no dresser or nightstands with drawers but had a trundle bed in the master that had 3 drawers but couldn’t use them because they wouldn’t pull open all the way and the inside of the drawers were covered in dust and hair, so would of had to clean them if were able to use them. We had to live out of suitcases for a week. There is no storage cabinets in the kitchen for any food items, so we had to leave whatever food we bought sitting on a countertop. And if you cooked a meal, you would either have to sit outside where there was a table and share it with the tenants upstairs, or hold your plate on your lap. The bathroom also had no storage for except a small little table that you had to pile everything on. Overall, the stay was fine, but could use a good deep cleaning. Probably wouldn’t rent again."

"Smelled moldy, ac unit had dirty filters and what looked like mold inside, rattled like crazy, so loud. Tons of stains under the sheets, stained extra sheet, no extra blankets for the pull out, pull out was more like a futon in a college dorm, no access when we got there, windows didn't open, no fire exit. Coffee pot wasn't a normal coffee pot, dark and sad honestly. But...Close to the beach. Wouldn't stay here again"

"This is my honest review and not just going through the motions like I have unfortunately done in the past. Excellent stay. Super close to the beach. This place was definitely clean and exactly how described in the listing. The host replied to every message within minutes and was so kind and helpful. We will for sure stay again!"

"The website showed a nice room, I must of got the worst room it was so old and not what the pictures of the website showed, the website showed a long big pool that wasnt the case. I was showed I was charged double which one is pending. Not worth the money at all. Not so friendly staff either. I was ignored at the restaurant. The meal took a very long time. Worst hotel I ever stayed. I was ripped off the cost of staying there. Not happy."

"This property is the definition of luxury. The views are incredible truly tropical paradise, and the beach is just steps away—clean, blue-green water with gentle waves.Location cannot be beat as it's near all of the restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. The home itself is massive, spread across three floors with 12 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and three kitchens. It’s packed with amenities—pool table, sauna, mini gym, game room, a saltwater heated pool, and a huge jacuzzi. There are even separate bunk areas for kids & teens, plus what felt like 25 TVs throughout the house. The 1GB Wi-Fi was super fast and a huge bonus. Everything is beautifully designed with high-end furnishings, decor, beddings—it honestly feels like walking through a luxury RH showroom. The home is even more impressive in person than in the photos which we didn't think was even possible, with every detail thoughtfully curated. It’s also incredibly well stocked. We really appreciated the baby gear (like Bjorn and Mushie) bouncers& sleeping packnplays, and the beach setup is next level—chairs, wagons, toys, blankets, and even a Bogg bag for each room. Every item is top quality brand name and aesthetically pleasing. They thought of everything. The hosts were wonderful—very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, this felt like a private luxury resort and easily the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. There’s truly something for everyone, and our group didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The Sunshine house was a relaxing week by the ocean and with their pool. ! Wendy and Manuel communicated with each step of the reservation. Their home provided space for 4 adults and 2 children. Well supplied kitchen and nice living area. The covered porch was an added bonus as we ate most of our home meals out there. I highly recommrndc this home for a memorable vacation !"

"The condo was very clean. Directions for the television, WiFi were very clear! There is a great view of the beach. It was especially nice to have beach chairs and towels available!The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had! It was a great stay!"
