Nice place, very quiet. Very pleasant desk clerk, Linda, easy check in and out. Great location and in really good condition for an older property. Reasonable rates.

We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire pits were not functional during the visit, and since it was “spring cleaning” week, we found only 3-4 shops open. But-I would def stay here again, and bring 5 more friends with me.

We had a wonderful time spring Skiing, walking distance from Palisades Tahoe. Pool and hot tub. Rooms very rustic and simple, very nice.

Check in was strange. Our room was advertised as having a balcony based off of photos, but when we checked in it had no balcony. I was willing to pay extra for an upgraded room with a balcony but the hotel refused and said I had to contact Expedia for the change. This is absurd because I never had and issue with changing rooms anywhere else. The management there did not want to accommodate our change, and said all rooms were booked even though the place was dead quiet and we hardly saw any other guests there.

Great location, clean hotel. Not too many bells and whistles, but perfect accommodations just 2 blocks down from the main “strip”. Shannon at the main desk was super helpful and kind. Free continental breakfast in the morning. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.
