![Idaho Falls was created by a man-made diversion dam used for hydroelectric power. Before the dam was created, this was just a bunch of small rapids. Now, the Snake River makes a drop of about 20 ft. or so over a width of 1200 ft. There is a beautiful walkway along the river here, so one can stroll along the whole length of the falls. In the background is the Idaho Falls Idaho Temple.

« We Stayed 10/11/25-10/18/25 and it was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you will need. The heaters are in each room and have simple thermostat to turn on and off. This is a condo with other condos attached. The upstairs is occupied by full time tenants/owners. You may hear music or TV from the other apartment and people walking around upstairs. The bedroom walls separating the condos are not insulated for sound dampening. Other than that and the slow flow shower/tub with only warm...

« Very happy with our stay at this property and would absolutely stay there again. The location was good for all of our activities and tours even picked us up at the door. The management was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Very much enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the afternoon watching birds, viewing the trees, mountain and a peekaboo view of a creek. Didn’t matter to us but be aware it is on second floor and is a two story condo. »

« Provided everything we could possibly need. Normally at a VRBO, we have to go out for supplies when the initial amount is depleted. Not here. Everything in the unit was as described and comfortable. We loved having a fire in the fireplace every night after a long day of enjoying the outdoors. Loved the window seat for reading. Loved the long, comfortable couch for napping. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable. »

« Highly reccomend Family Mountain Condo and Wydaho Property Managment. This Condos was very spacious so we could stretch out during our stay.The kitchen was nicely stocked. Communication with Wydaho Property was excellent. They were very easy to deal with and I appreciated how easy the check in process was. Great location on this offer that makes it very easy to get to everything this area has to offer. What a great visit - we will certainly use Wydaho Properties again the future!! »

« This property was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and good areas for family gathering and dining. It’s situated next to the open fields and has views of the distant mountains. It was our base for visiting Grand Teton National Park, which is about an hour’s drive over the pass. There are also some cool hikes close by on the western side of the range. The owners are very communicative and welcoming. We’d stay here again. »
