* Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. If you do smoke outside, please clean up after yourself. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you be liable to pay a $1,000 smoke ozone treatment
* Pets are strictly prohibited including Dogs, Cats etc
* Please remove makeup with provided black towels ONLY. We want our linens to remain clean and unsoiled
* You will be held responsible for any damage incurred to the house and/or furniture during your stay
* If something breaks or is damaged, please reach out to us to let us know ASAP -it will help us address any issues quickly!
* Trash: Place all trash in the trash can located outside the garage. Trash pick up is every Thursday morning.
