My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and each bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice space and spotless like the rest of the room. There were plenty of plugins for the three of us to use, along with a nice closet and small fridge for food and water bottles. The room was spacious. The included breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits & gravy.
