« Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun. »

« Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. »

« Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them. »

"Nous étions ici pour 10 jours. Le menu du déjeuner était délicieux et très varié. La suite était parfaite. Il y a eu un bris de tuyau au plafond avec accumulation d'eau partout sur les planchers... L'hôtel nous pris tout de suite à charge et nous ont offert une suite de même catégorie avec cuisine et salon. Ils nous ont même offert que nous lavons nos vêtements sur place et ce à leur frais. Le Personnel est très chaleureux et à l'écoute de ses clients. Très grand stationnement inclus. Très bel endroit, calme, invitant avec plusieurs extra à l'extérieur. Je vous le recommande sans hésiter."
