This resort is a definite stay in the future for me and my family. Great for singles, couples or families with children. If you're not staying with kids & want a quieter experience, don't get a room near the pool or their beautiful waterpark :)

Being able to text the front desk for my needs was very helpful! Staff was friendly and the Universal shuttles were convenient.

The property is very beautiful and they do a wonderful job keeping it clean. However, it's far too big for older visitors and there are no benches to rest while walking.
