Hongcheon Vacation Packages

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

The staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is relatively old, especially the plumbing. My room was small, but it was a comfortable size for one person. I really appreciated having both a washer & dryer in the room, which made doing laundry convenient. The hotel also has a dedicated laundry floor if needed. There is a gym with a good selection of equipment and a decent amount of space. However, when I visited in June 2026, the A/C wasn't working, so it became quite hot inside. They had a door propped open to improve airflow, but it was still warm. One thing to note is that my hotel bathroom has a notice asking guests not to flush toilet paper, sanitary products, or any foreign objects because the older plumbing can clog easily. If you're from a Western country, disposing of used toilet paper in the provided trash bin instead of flushing it may feel unusual or unsanitary. The bathroom trash can is pretty small, so I had daily housekeeping to empty it, which helped. The bidet in my bathroom wasn't working, and neither was the electrical outlet in the bathroom. Overall, I think the hotel offers reasonable value for the price. However, there are several nearby hotels that cost only slightly more and may provide larger rooms, newer facilities, and plumbing that allows toilet paper which may be preferable if that's what you're accustomed to.

Location and simplicity.

Beware of pests! Found a small cockroach in the bed sheets. Ruined the entire hotel experience. Couldn't rest every night thinking there would be a colony of the bugs hiding somewhere in the hotel. Would not return!

Je ne recommande pas et ni j’y retournerai. Froid! J’ai du insister pour changer de chambre, la première chambre se situait au 1er étage=rez-de-chaussée, au fond du couloir, complètement isolée, donnant directement sur la rue arrière. À 148 euros la nuit, ça fait cher le paysage. De très mauvaise volonté, froid, le monsieur de l’accueil ne comprenait pas pourquoi. Je ne suis pas blanche de peau, je n’ai pas ressenti de la sympathie de sa part. Je me suis sentie reléguée à la plus mauvaise place. Au bout d’une demi-heure, il a accepté ma supplication en ayant la même vue mais 5 étages au-dessus. Si je n’avais pas payé aussi cher ( fois 3) je serai partie. Ne pas se sentir bien, pour quelque chose qu’on a payé aussi cher, c’est tres frustrant. La gentillesse est la première chose à offrir. Je ne suis pas difficile, je veux juste être respectée et ça je ne l’ai pas ressenti. Surtout que je l’ai vu très sourire avec d’autres clientes .
