"There were so many things wrong with my stay. My biggest issue was the lack of communication between hotel staff with one another and myself as the guest. This hotel was a walk up. I had a disabled leg and couldn’t walk properly, they had me on a 5th floor walk up. And NEVER bothered to accommodate ..."
