"The elevator was in poor condition, and it was difficult to press the button for the second floor. Guests also have to trade in used towels at the front desk to receive new ones and must request room cleaning rather than it being provided automatically. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and based on my experience, I will likely look for another place to stay next time."

"Yes. All was great, except no shampoo or conditioner. Rugs in bathroom were slippery. Needed no stick backing. Blinds in bedroom didn’t close. "

"Parking was extremely difficult. Upper driveway way inaccessible. Lower driveway required multiple stairways that didn’t have rails to access house so carrying in everything was exhausting. House was dirty and had roaches. Property appeared unkept. Left after first night because there was no water. "
