Coligny is home to shops, restaurants, and full-service grocery store, Piggly Wiggly. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this space is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience and fun all in one place. With 2 king beds and 2 twin beds, this perfect vacation rental offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space. The property features a large pool with a hot tub, a secondary heated pool for year-round and nighttime swimming, and a baby pool for the little ones. Other things to note: Primary guest checking in must be 25 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Your security deposit will be refunded to you after checkout if you have not made any charges or damages to your room. Waterside is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The front desk is staffed for check-in and check-out and is available for any questions, issues or need for assistance. They are there to help, so please don't hesitate to contact them during your stay. Three free parking passes are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle, you can arrange this directly with the front desk for an additional fee. Pool towels are provided for free and are located in your unit.
