The thing that stood out the most was the amazing location! We were able to walk to most of the places that we wanted to see in Sea Pines/Harbour Town. We loved eating at Quarterdeck and at the Links without having to get in a car. We stayed during New Year's Eve. This allowed us to watch the (very crowded) golf ball drop at 7pm and we were back in our room by 7:03\. If we didn't have this excellent location, we would have been fighting for parking spots and then sitting in traffic.
