This is an end unit and very private. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony and living area. Also, the balcony and unit are shaded in the afternoon, so very comfortable sitting outside having evening cocktails. Mirrored wall in the living room makes you think the ocean is all around you. The sea breeze from the balcony is amazing and no need for a ceiling fan on the deck. Walking distance to the heart of Hilton Head, Coligny. Stainless appliances, new sofa in June 2022, chair and table with chairs, deck pub table and chairs made out of decking material is just beautiful and perfect for looking out at the beach.
