"My experience has been consistently unacceptable from the moment we checked in. Upon arrival, the first room we were assigned was clearly not properly cleaned. There were visible toothpaste marks on the mirror, dust on multiple surfaces, a dirty shower door, and a noticeable mark on the TV. A maintenance staff member later confirmed that the TV was damaged, which resulted in us being moved to a different room. However, the second room presented even more concerning issues. In addition to a very poor view, the bed contained a comforter with visible blood stains. I immediately contacted the front desk, and while staff did bring replacement sheets, they did not provide a new comforter, the item that was actually needed. The linens were also left on the floor, and we were expected to make the bed ourselves. At that point, we were exhausted and had no choice but to sleep without a comforter. The following morning, I reported the issue in person to the front desk and was assured that everything would be fully replaced while we were out. Unfortunately, when we returned, we discovered that the same stained comforter had been placed back on the bed, simply flipped over. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I then had to report the issue for a third time, and once again, no meaningful resolution was offered beyond providing replacement linens. The laundry machines were also dirty, so I had to go to a laundromat. At that point, I requested to speak with a manager."

"Unique property that has incorporated many Japanese style and functional elements. The baths are quite nice and well appointed. Unfortunately, the property has made no progress on its outside pool, as it is still closed/under construction for an extended period of time. The rooms are a good size, but the TVs are too small for the size of the room. Restaurant is unfortunately understaffed, but service is polite and professional. I would stay here, again, but do hope they are able to get outside pool finished for use."

"Great, location, wonderful to have complementary travel pass for local tram, very live vibes at lobby, delicious breakfast with lot of choice. Only thing, we had to leave 7.10am on Sunday and thought we paid for buffet breakfast with our stay so atleast grab some to go breakfast as we came to know it doesn’t open till 7, I wish breakfast should be available by 6.30 am atleast to order and to go if they do not provide buffet on Sunday, and somehow it was never mentioned that in our booking so we waited till it opens and then go without breakfast and paid outside at market place , which was not expected. Otherwise everything was great, highly recommend this property but please plan your breakfast after 7 am!!"
