"Everything else except the wifi was excellent for us. Wifi access was declined. The front desk would have helped for sure. But i had other alternative. Nice stay, airport shuttle service was excellent. Will return to this hotel next time "

"My wife and I arrived at the motel a little after 4 AM. We have a reservation supposed to be there will be around 6 PM. Different occasions. Tell them that we were running horribly late they held a room for us at 4:30 this morning"

"The staff text you - which is a nice touch. I was able to ask questions that way vs calling the front desk. I Don’t really like taking 2 elevators to get to the room- 1st one goes to 15th floor and then you walk a little bit across the dining room and bar area - to another elevator - with a line of people.l waiting. that was a bit of a surprise - but otherwise it’s a great place. Great location. Staff were great. I was able to check out late and they stowed my bags till ready. "
