This charming, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathroom home has been completely renovated over the last few years with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The spacious patio has tons of room for entertaining, or kick up your feet, relax and breath in the salty air and calming vibes of the cove. With your own private wharf and float you have the convenience to hop on a boat, if you have one, and take a tour of the bay on a whim. The quiet community of Herring Cove is a short 15 minutes commute from Halifax, yet you'll feel miles away. It's location is full of classic maritime charm, with lots of fishing boats and colourful homes along the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, a dishwasher, and plenty of counter and cupboard space. Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen. It was all left here for you. The living space is a great place to unwind, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The space is full of natural light - with large sliding doors that open onto a generous deck overlooking Herring Cove. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a brand new Queen Bed. Nice walks, provincial parks and lakes all around. The light on the water was amazing. Beautiful to wake up to and beautiful to go to sleep to.The home was cozy with two nice bedrooms, a bathroom, a lovely salon, and an amazing dining area that received the light all day long through large windows and sliding doors.Elias was always easy to get hold of and responsive to our needsI would be happy to go back. ##### Baqir Q.
