"Didn't keep reservations and tried to blame it on anything but their failure. Would rather argue than make it right. Property was dirty and worn, pool was permanently closed so that's untrue. Avoid at all costs "

"The Inn was delightful and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Rose Suite, which was spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds, terrific shower. The restaurant and some amenities weren’t available because it was late March so off-season, but the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was very good with excellent variety for continental. The falls are immediately past the Inn, an easy, short hike. "

"We were there during off season. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant wasn't open but I bet it's beautiful when open. The room was great, newly renovated and the balcony goes out back with a beautiful view of the lake. I bet it looks even more gorgeous in the summer/fall. It was contactless service so we didn't see any staff. "

"Staff was great. Room was clean. Beds need updating or toppers. Breakfast needs improvements, not prepared well. Fireplace was nice but it’s on a timer that goes off way too fast. "

"The hotel is in an industrial (offices) area, away from restaurants, shopping or local atractions, but besides was very convinient and clean."

"The place is nice with a beautiful view. Room was very clean, but cold - we had a problem figuring out the AC. A small note would have been nice. Internet was very poor and slow coming in and out. We were told that it happens when many people are online at the same time. The price was similar to other small places in the area."
