"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"This cottage is the perfect weekend getaway to stay at in the season of autumn. We had everything we needed and more, Olwen and her family were lovely and responded quickly to communication. We even had left behind items arranged to be picked up in Sydney thanks to her kindness. A must stay cottage if you are travelling to the mountains this year!"

"Sunny Corner is absolute beautiful. All the detail & little touches that went into making it a home away from home is just amazing. My husband & i stayed for 3 nights. It was so relaxing & peaceful. We will definitely be booking again!"

"I rate this property highly but it’s in no way luxurious so don’t be fooled by the rating. The property was very clean inside and well equipped. Two bedrooms weren’t huge with no wardrobes. The a/c fan is extremely noisy. Sounds like a bike idling. Furnishings are quite sparse but adequate. Entry was quite dirty with bags of linen left all weekend for pickup. The garden needs a really good trim as it’s quite dark in the house. Lawn needed a mow. In saying all that, I would still stay again....

"What a pleasant surprise when we walked in to find a cosy and quaint little unit with everything we needed. We had a lovely 4 night stay and would definitely recommend if you want somewhere close to the 3 sisters. Communication was excellent. "

"The property is on very tranquil and restful bushlands. Great place to unwind and unplug. There is also a creek with opportunities to go canoeing courtesy of the hosts. It does require a 4WD to get down there or reasonably fit bodies as it's a steep walk down and steeper back or feels like it !! Pack your bags, your favourite book, snacks, drinks and kick back ! "

"Blackheath is one of our favourite parts of the Mountains and we enjoyed our few days in the cottage. It is close to great walks and shops. We loved the leafy secure front and back yards for our dog and kids to enjoy. Hosts easy to communicate with and we appreciated the later check-out. Wifi worked well too! "The cabins were lovely, they provide everything you need to make your own meals which is a big plus. The area is nice and central but feels isolated. It’s 10 mins away from shopping centres and only a short drive to the blue mountains. Highly recommend."
