IT IS SITUATED IN THE NORTH WESTERN SUBURB OF ARCADIA, A 50 MINUTE DRIVE FROM CBD OF SYDNEY. IT OFFERS ONE QUEEN BEDROOM PLUS LARGE SOFA BED AND CAN SLEEP UP TO 4 PEOPLE. IT HAS A FULL BATHROOM WITH FREESTANDING BATH AND A WALK-IN SHOWER. THE TOILET IS SEPARATE AND SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS. TEA, COFFEE, MILK AND SUGAR IS PROVIDED.
