The bedroom provides a cosy retreat, while the renovated bathroom includes a washing machine for added ease during longer stays. The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light and designed for comfort, with a Smart TV, desk for remote work, and a choice of lounge seating. The kitchen is sleek and modern, fully equipped for preparing meals at home. Guests can also enjoy access to the building’s shared roof terrace, a sunny spot for relaxing above the village strip. Compact yet stylish, this apartment makes the most of its setting, offering both convenience and character. PLEASE NOTE: building works are being currently completed at this building complex’s. Though it doesn’t affect our direct apartment (as they’re upgrading units with balconies) and our unit DOES NOT have a balcony. There is still intermittent building works due to upgrades. Building works have been permitted during the hours of 7am-5pm Monday to Friday & 7am - 1pm Saturdays (noise from drilling, plant equipment and construction noise will be kept to a minimum but could be expected during your stay) COMPLETION DATE: 19th December 2025. Stroll down the hill to Bronte Beach for a swim or walk along the famed Bondi to Coogee coastal trail.
