"I love the 11.00am late check out that they didn’t charge me for the rooms are spacious clean and I literally didn’t even hear any noise from 1 other room nor outside even though I had a street facing room with balcony, also the reception staff were absolutely terrible so professional caring considerate and non judgmental which is not always the case at other places."

"Great property, rooms are great and the staff are excellent especially Rosa. The only 2 issues I have is that the TVs are very cheap and do not work properly sometimes, and the scent through the property can be over powering. "

"Great location. Clean. Our room had a sunny aspect and great view. Easy check in. Parking was close and easy. Only problem we had was there was obviously a leak in the roof above our bathroom. Any time it was raining water was dripping/running from the ceiling above the toilet. Luckily it was in the bathroom and dropped onto the tile floor and into the floor waste. This didn’t ruin our stay but wasn’t ideal. "

"Have some issues during checkin as my flight in to Sydney was in the early morning and waited till 3pm for check in as i was unable to reach anyone and expedia and the contact number provided by expedia are all unreachable. The email sent to me was.. for some reason.. Only received a couple of days after i checked in. It was my mailbox issue. Apartment has two bathrooms and one was equipped with bathtub. Overall clean but one of the bedsheets have some bad looking stains. Comfortable...

"Great location, 30 minutes walk to the city or 2 minutes to the train station. Great facilities (i.e. kitchen, TV, bathroom). Confusing negative, terrible WiFi, to the point were we had to sit in the nearby laundromat to have internet. "

"Staff were amazing in accommodating a couple of extra requests, wifi was fast, rooms were clean and well equipped. Great value for money in an excellent location that was walkable to most attractions, and public transport was easy to use for those other locations. Building works were underway but had minimal impact on our stay. Would stay here again. "
