« We had a great stay at this lovely property! It was the perfect set up for our family group and we all really enjoyed the beach club, pool and grounds! The house had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels and chairs for the beach. We’d definitely come back! »

« The apartment has wonderful views of the ocean. But it is a little dated. Finding parking can be tough. And most importantly the second bedroom is really small and has a sliding temporary door. Great for kids room but not enough if sharing between two couples. »

« There were many pro’s with this rental unit: it is walkable to Kona-Kailua Town, has great ocean views, a nice balcony, plenty of beach chairs, easy parking, and the overall condo property including pool, hot tub, and barbeque grills are clean and up-to-date. Biggest con was that the inside of the condo unit, especially the kitchen area, was pretty dirty. For example, there was burned food on the bottom of the oven, mold/gunk in the dishwasher, coffee pot was dirty and flashing “clean,” and...

« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our kids absolutely loved the pool, the temperature was perfect, and the hot tub was such a great bonus, especially with the rainy weather. It was quite hot, so having both options made it even more enjoyable. Our room was very spacious and spotless, with a beautiful ocean view. « Very nice property. And very clean, which is always appreciated. Also, both bedrooms ((each with their own bathroom)) were located on the main level. So not having to drag your luggage up a flight to get unpacked is A BIG PLUS. Unit is very nicely appointed with everything you need and might forget. ((For us, that was umbrellas.)). Yeah, pool floaties, snorkeling gear and flippers….. on and on. If you have it at home, then they probably have it there. And if not sure, just Text them...
