The home is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen making the space very inviting. As far as cleanliness goes, it is in need of a deep clean and some maintenance. Accumulation of dust, dirt and hair in the corners, baseboards etc. Clogged sink. Splatter on bathroom wall, soiled plunger/brush. Slider door has no curtain/blinds and some doors do not close. Minor fixes but if you can over look them you will love this place. "

"The Parkside is a charming cottage in a great location. A 5 minute walk to downtown Murphys. You and see and hear the creek from the back yard, the 2 bed 2 bath set up is perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. And the cottage was very clean! We'll definitely stay there again."
