"The hotel is definitely dated but is in good shape. Our room was large but the bed wasn’t good. You rolled into the middle and the pillows were flat. The breakfast was ok. It was continental. The location is great for being central."

"No one mentioned there was a laundry room when I checked in. I would have liked to have known that as this location was in the middle of my trip. I only discovered the Guest Laundry minutes before I checked out. Too late to actually use it. Otherwise the staff was very kind and pleasant."

"My main issue with this hotel was the poor sound insulation. The walls and doors let a lot of noise through, especially loud door slamming during the evening and night. I woke up several times because of the noise, which made my stay uncomfortable. I find this level of noise disturbance unacceptable for a hotel stay. Another issue was the flooring in the room. The floor was extremely cold, there were no carpets, and the hotel did not provide slippers or sandals. Most guests do not automatically plan to bring their own, especially since hotel rooms usually have carpets or basic indoor slippers for comfort."
