The pillows were awful poor quality. Linens as well poor quality. Bed itself was flimsy and made noises when you sat on it and moved on it.Tub fawcet dripped all the time. Room was clean. Staff friendly and service was good. Very convenient to have Kelsy's attached to hotel for meals.
I likef being on the main floor as requested. Disliked about arriving & was going to have a room on the second floor.
All was good except noise level. Could hear noise from hallway and upper floor to the point of not sleeping well
We had a king-sized bed and it was soft and very bouncy. Every time my husband moved it moved me as well.
I was able to get a cold glass of lemon water, when I arrived and at other times during our stay. Also, the coffee was always on and was always hot. The people serving us were very attentive and efficient.
I like the quiet area that i was put in, but the room was smelly.
Everything looked clean and the staff was very friendly
The lighting in the rooms were not very good, hard to do makeup anywhere other then the bathroom
This was an overnight stopover and it served us perfectly. Easy on and off access to the 401, quiet, hot breakfast.
