The stuff was very friendly and went above and beyond. I had a suite on the 8th floor very quiet..there is the skytrain running but it didn't bother me at all ..very clean suite very beautiful! Very minor would be great sleppers provided. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Just a short stay in downtown at end of cruise vacation. Close to public transportation in city center made it a perfect spot. Pleasant and helpful staff

Hot Spings an indoor facility which was a bit disappointing but free music/arts festival was a wonderful experience. Thank you1

Had no reservations. We got a Lakeview room on the main floor with a king size bed for $199. Short walk to hot pools

waters warm, hotel is overpriced, rooms are 3 star at best.

Public pool is nice. Sucks that the resort owns all the hot springs and you have to spend min 100$ at the spa to use it.
