« Discovered while making reservation there wasn't any direct phone line to motel. The message should have included "0" as the way to contact; same day reservation, without ability to contact motel, created a not successful rest, since I don't use a bed, but a chair for sleeping. I relied on photos of the room, which showed a couch or a comfortable chair, which was needed for chronic pain issues. The manager was genuinely helpful with another snafu in the reservation.
