"Recently renovated hotel right across the road from the beach and within walking distance to many dining options. Had an ant issue in initial room we were checked into and subsequently moved. Overall, a lovely place for a short stay."

"I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this property during my stay in Maui with my family. Upon arrival, there was no staff available to assist with check-in. The process relied entirely on complicated self check-in instructions, which took me nearly 30 minutes to understand—especially difficult as it was dark and raining heavily. I attempted to call the provided contact number multiple times (at least 5 times), but it was unreachable. When we finally accessed the property, it was completely dark and felt unsafe. Inside the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor and water all over the floor. We had no choice but to clean the floor ourselves and stay the night, as there was no immediate support available. After some time, I spoke with Michael, the manager. He said I could either leave and get a refund or receive half of the cleaning fee. However, he was rude and dismissive. It has now been two days with no update or refund. Overall, the listing and rating on Expedia are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition or service. I would not recommend this property."

"Renovated room is nicely appointed. Unfortunately we are here during a storm so there is a brown water advisory and if we wanted to use the pool it’s currently closed for maintenance. The room is clean, the staff is courteous. "

"Great place to stay close to airport with shuttle for the night before or after your flight. I love this hotel with an old Hawaii vibe. The staff are always so friendly. Across the street from the Mall with shops and restaurants. I try to stay here at least one night when I go to Maui."

"Booked a last min stay because my flight was cancelled so wasn’t there long. Just slept for a bit and left but the property was nice and there’s a hot tub available to use as well. Everything was comfortable and I had what I needed. The neighbors cat came over and was very friendly :)"

"Lovely stay at AC Marriott Wailea despite not-so-great weather. The staff was welcoming & helpful & the pool area and hot tub were lovely with a nice view. The facilities were clean and new. (Sometimes the poolside music got annoying, but staff was accommodating)"

"Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."
