"Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted."

"First thing I noticed was a drop of dried blood on my bathroom counter. There were no hand or wash towels to clean it up, had to request them. Toilet handle was broke, shower curtain rod was falling off wall. Water was hot enough to scold an adult much less and young child. Each day I had to return to the front desk and get my room pass card reset because I couldn't get in. Bathtub and floor were very slippery with no grab bars in shower/tub."

"The home was quiet and nice. Unfortunately, the kitchen Oven did not work or even turn on. It would have been nice if there were dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher. "
