« Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here. »

« So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same...

« The apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again. The host was nice and prompt with answers to our questions. A nice restaurant within the community too »

« We arrived to find a luxurious apartment that had welcome notes on the fridge and notepad, a bowl on the table filled with snacks, complimentary dish soap, laundry soap, grocery cooler bag, and bathroom toiletries.
