"All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with my check in and any questions I had about my stay. The two ladies who checked me in around 4pm on Thursday April 17th were fantastic and deserve a raise and pat on the back for their great customer service! The view from room 601 was absolutely amazing and was well worth the visit. Overall I had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back next year! "

"Construction going on on the beach in front of the hotel. Very loud. TV went out first night, the very nice young man came and fixed it. "

"The property was well maintained, clean, great service, friendly and highly recommended. The lazy river and pools were wonderful, but very cold due to the temperatures outside. The family and I will return in the summer. "

"I have stayed here twice in the last few weeks. Generally I only stay one night. It is an overnight stop on my way to/from Greenville, NC (where I live) and my son's house in Dover, DE. I have my 2 granddaughters with me this time and they loved being so close to the playground and the beach. The beach was so clean. While this is an older motel, and a typical beach motel, it has been renovated and was very clean. There was a small microwave, a stove top and a small refrigerator. It was perfect for a summer stay at the beach. I will be back."

"Absolutely fantastic stay I will 100% be back!! Super dog friendly was super stress free and everyone was so nice it was so clean loved it!!! Only thing is the pull out was paper thin it felt like I was laying on the metal"

"Everything was excellent staff was excellent The experience was excellent at this property. But as for Expedia my experience is very bad.. I ended up picking the wrong room which I really thought the room had a kitchenette in it with a stove and it didn't and I called Expedia to get an upgrade and they wouldn't give me an upgrade they told me I had to pay $400 penalty fee for changing the reservation. Long story short The hotel worked with me and I was able to have my kitchenette and everything I needed so next time I will go directly to the hotel and for all future endeavors I will not use Expedia I've been using them for over 15 years And that ends today my big shout out to the hotel and their management team You guys are awesome well be seeing you all soon.. I am exercising my rights of free speech and media.."

"Most of Virginia Beach just isn’t as kid friendly hotel wise, this is in a great location away from the normal craziness and offers a lot of amenities for children which I appreciate. I will be back to Virginia Beach now that I’ve experienced this hotel! "
