"Had NO internet. Broken stuff in room. Forced to move rooms because of terrible employee communication. Forgot items in room and was unable to get them. Called front desk and was abruptly hung up on. Staff harassed us multiple times to move out of room so they could clean a room that was supposedly going to get 'fixed'. We were never made aware of any of this before we checked into room. I am going to be in contact with corporate. Very unprofessional. Ive spent a lot of money at this establishment. Inwould not recommend this motel to anyone. "

"Enjoyed staying here as if was very comfortable and clean, and Max is a great host. After a day of kayaking it was great to come back there and enjoy the hot tub (they nice) and a fire. I will come back there if I'm in the area again and it's available."

"This was a huge disappointment. Hallways needed to be swept. The room had a cockroach. The bath tube not cleaned. A squished spider left in it with some hair. Staff could have been kinder. They should try to smile. Breakfast was ok but the tables were never wiped off. "

"I asked for a 30 min extension and the Front desk lady told me I had to pay for an entire Day for 30 mins bc they don’t "

"What a lovely, quiet place to stay! The recliner and comfortable bed made my fussy low back very happy. Justin was the perfect host and even carried my bag up the stairs! The space is filled with lots of items to make your stay very convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend."
