"Our yearly trip to fripp and this property was such a disappointment!! The pictures on the listing are not up to date. We arrive friday night and stuck outside for 35mins as the keypad wasnt accepting the code to enter. Maintenance couldnt open it as well and he had to reprogram it which took some time. "The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. "This was our first trip to Fripp Island. And we hope to return soon! Our group included two very active boys, ages four and seven. Their mother and I particularly appreciated the great attitude of all the activity helpers.
