Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! There is a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to accommodate 2 other guests for a max occupancy of 4 guests. This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital Secuity doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. We had to vacate and seek another place to stay which resulted in a huge additional expense. We submitted photos and requested a full refund and owner has not done the right thing to issue us a refund. Photos have been submitted to owner and VRBO and we are very upset to have only been refunded the cleaning fee so far. We cannot imagine that anyone would be ok sleeping with these bugs or expect us to sleep with these bugs. We think the owner and VRBO should make this right and refund our money.
