« Room was clean and heating/air was working well. Refrigerator was off balance and froze the soft drinks.
Bed was comfortable.
Staff at check-in did not realize I had prepaid and charged my credit card. He did catch it and supposedly reversed it.
Breakfast was horrible. Frozen sausage patties had to be microwaved and biscuits were kept in a steamer making them soggy. Very little selection but area was clean. »

« The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior. »

« This hotel is perfect for those who want a quiet location and a large modern space. There is no hotel lobby or in person check-in, but the online system works really well and there are staff both near by and a text away. The team is very kind and helpful. I thought it was a nice location, mostly a residential area, and it was easy to drive into town. There are very few amenities at the hotel.
