"There is no parking so you have to park across the street in a multi level parking garage. You then have to haul all your luggage across a busy street. Our trip was 2 weeks so that was a lot of luggage to haul. The tiny elevator is so old that the sign on it says only ONE person at a time can use it. A little difficult when trying to manage your luggage cart! The ceiling and floors are so old and not updated that we were up our entire first night as the people above us were walking and jumping...

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. "
