We were two adults and two young children and had enough space. I liked that we could give the kids a bath, there was AC in the room (which was a requirement for my husband), the location was great being right by the baker st. stop, and the breakfast and service at breakfast were amazing. The area also felt safe and it felt like there was a lot within walking distance.

Great service, amazing doormen, and fabulous restaurants. The building is rich in architectural beauty. Loved the heated floors and towel warmers. Loved the little sweet treats in the room during the days. Great overall, definitely a my stip for all future trips to London.

The check in process was really bad. I had to wait on the street with my kids and 4 luggages for 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the key.
The air conditioner wasn’t properly installed and was blowing hot air inside the rooms.
Lastly I got charged a property damage fee that was not refunded even though I caused no damage.
On the positive side, the location is very good, the apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable.
