Grands-Jardins National Park Vacation Packages

we canceled this reservation via claim# 38253542. We had to do so because my wife is handicaped and it was not possible to get to the room in this old hotel as there was no elevator. I will say that the building had been renivated and the room was very nice. We just could not get to the room safely nor was there any parking close to the hotel itself. Expedia and or the hotel should make it clear the limitation of this facility.

If I could give six stars, I would. The Valet ran over a glass bottle with my car, through no fault of his own. The hotel took total responsibility. They took the car to the shop, checked the tires, and then checked the tires twice more over the next day. Oh, and topped off the gas, all at no charge. This is rarely seen service which I greatly appreciated.
