"I accidentally left my portable phone charger in the room when we checked out. They mailed it back to me at no charge. Not very often that you leave something in the room and actually get it back. We will be staying again."

"Location was excellent for our needs, and the room was comfortable and clean. There was an easily accessible microwave for communal use on the second floor, and a machine to make more coffee. Only real thing people need to be aware of is that there’s about 10 steps down from reception to get to the lift to go to your floor. This means carrying the suitcases. There wasn’t an accessible option that we could find. "

"I liked that the bathroom had more than adequate shelf space for our toiletries. The bathroom could use better light (an issue with most hotel bathrooms.) Good location, walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants just around the corner. Nice rooftop bar."

"Hotel is nice but it’s surrounded by unsafe public people. I saw homeless on different areas and drugged citizens, one guy yelled at my husband on a Safaway market for no reason."
