« Our family had a wonderful time at the Carriage House. Great layout and convenient location. Well appointed space that made our family stay quite enjoyable. Very proactive property management team in terms of their communication and coordination. Only slightest draw back was the road noise from the busy street. Otherwise, we would stay again if/when we plan another trip to Petoskey area. »

« We had an amazing stay in this new condo. Perks, it come with garage and a boat slip. The location is convenient to other town. Easy check-in! The kitchen also equip with basic necessities. You do need want to bring extra trash bag and paper towel if you plan to use the kitchen more. All bathrooms come with enough towels! It also come with 2 bikes for you to use. The only improvement is communication. Might want to call or text host directly instead of Vrbo messaging. Host mighy take some time...

« Property is next to everything — shopping, restaurants, and even fishing (caught a Cisco or Lake Herring) from the boat dock. Condo had great views of the water, bridge, and Beaver Island Ferry. It was incredibly clean and the fireplace turned on/off with a light switch. We used the hot tub and sauna as well.We’re already looking into a return trip. »

« This is a very nice unit and quiet at the time we stayed. We were comfortable for 2 weeks and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All appliances are new. We would stay here again! »

« Check in, location, management all excellent. There was a plumbing issue and they took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Bathroom doors need some adjusting so they close properly and there are a couple cosmetic things that could be addressed but none of these things take away from the excellent location and time we had staying there. »
