« This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station...

« どのスタッフの方も親切で、笑顔で対応して下さいました。 部屋に服を2着忘れて帰ってしまい(初めての忘れ物)電話をして　着払いで送って下さい　と　お伝えしたら　もう翌日に荷物が届いて　ご丁寧にお手紙と入浴剤まで同封して下さり本当に良いホテルに宿泊出来ました。 お部屋も綺麗で、晩ご飯、朝食も本当に美味しかったです。又、道後温泉に行く事があれば　又　泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。 »

« Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and well-equipped. We really appreciated being able to choose our own yukata upon arrival — such a lovely traditional touch. The private onsen in the room was a dream, and the public onsen was large and included a very relaxing jacuzzi. From start to finish, this was a truly relaxing and memorable experience.
