スタッフの方々もひとりひとりとても丁寧で、親切で、笑顔で、とても良かったです。 立地も道後温泉本館からすぐ近くで便利でした。 食事は1皿毎に綺麗に盛り付けられ、食器も可愛く、特産品を美味しく堪能できました！ 70代の両親と宿泊したのですが、2人とも大喜びでした！

8階のお部屋に宿泊。 見晴らし良く、室内も広く部屋に生花が飾ってありました。館内もとても綺麗です。 特に良かった点は、タオルは、どこのお宿でも枚数制限(部屋にあるタオルをお風呂場に持参)がありますが、ここのホテルは、お風呂にタオルがあり、必要数使わせて頂けました。 また、誕生日祝いとお伝えしていたら、今治タオルのプレゼントやデザートの時にバースデープレートを提供して下さいました。 そして、荷物を車に載せて下さった後、帰り際にホテルの前でお写真をお撮りしましょうか？とお声掛けもありました。車で出発した後、ずっと手を振ってお見送りをされるなどスタッフのおもてなしが素晴らしい良いホテルでした。

一泊の素泊まりで利用しました。フロントの方の対応も丁寧で、部屋自体は新しくはありませんが、リニューアルされており、清掃もきちんとされていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。 駐車場はセルフではなく、鍵を預かってもらうタイプでしたが、チェックアウト時には窓ガラスを掃除してありました。今度は食事付きで利用したいと思いました。

朝食プランでした。 朝食の場所は他のグループとは区切られていて過ごしやすく、料理も小皿が沢山あり楽しんで食べることができました。 部屋も綺麗で、風呂も十分広く快適でした。 従業員のおもてなしも非の打ち所がなくて、快適に過ごすことができました。 また道後に来る時はお願いしたいです。

整個住宿過程有賓至如歸的感覺，房間很舒服，泡湯池也很棒，最喜歡的是1F休息區，可以配著咖啡或橘汁看松樹的庭院美景實屬享受。
