가족여행으로 갔는데 온천과 관광 둘 다 하기 너무좋았어요!! 사전에 저녁식사 주문하느라 메세지 보내면 답변도 빠르고 가서도 직원분들 모두 친절하고 좋았습니다! 다만 언덕이라 올라갈때 힘들긴 하지만 그만큼 방 뷰는 좋아요

宿泊日を1日間違えてしまったのに、すぐに対応してくださり、ご親切に心配しないようご配慮頂きましま。その後も素敵なお部屋とお料理、温泉もすべて素敵で美味しく、お世話頂いた方々も洗練されたホスピタリティでおもてなしして頂きました‼︎今までで一番最高の旅館だと感じました。叔母との二人旅忘れられないです！ ありがとうございました(^-^)

#### 고즈넉한 휴식의 공간

덕분에 고요하고 아늑한 휴식의 시간을 보내고 돌아왔습니다. 화려하지 않지만 충분한 중정(inside courtyard) 도 마음에 들었습니다. 청결하고 아늑한 객실, 대욕장과 실외 노천탕도 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 맘에 들었습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐을 옮기기에 좋았습니다. 일찍 도착해서 짐을 맡기겠다고 요청했는데 흔쾌히 받아주셨고, 체크아웃후에도 짐을 맡아 주셨습니다. 조용히 이루어지는 모든 과정이 만족스러웠습니다. 곳곳에 늘 보살피는 부지런한 손길이 느껴졌습니다.

スタッフ対応、食事、宿の雰囲気等どれを取っても大変良かったです。到着した際、遠方から来館したので車のフロントガラスが汚れてしまっていたのですが、スタッフの方が気を配ってくださり翌朝には綺麗になっていました。 ただ、宿泊させて頂いた部屋の雰囲気上なのか何何なのかは分かりませんが、メインの部屋にティッシュ及びゴミ箱が設置されていませんでした。洗面所には置いてありましたが、幼児との宿泊だったので身近にティッシュ等置いといて頂ければと思います。

#### ゆったり まったり道後温泉

ゆっくりと、寛げました。露天風呂付きの部屋ではなかったので、大浴場と、内風呂の両方を使いました。大浴場を出たところに、ビールサーバー🍺があり、湯上がりビールのサービスは嬉しかったです。 愛媛のお米、ひめの凛が美味しかったです。
