"Wow, this hotel had everything that I could need during my stay. We stayed at the deluxe room. It was spacious, had a couch and a mini fridge! The breakfast was fabulous, so many options from fresh veggies, fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs, meats, bread, spreads, salads. They also have 3 different coffee machines and microwave available 24/7. And a laundry room! The staff was nice and helpful. Although there is not cover parking, there is plenty of free parking around the property. We never had a problem finding one."

"The hotel is located about 10-15 min drive to downtown. It is a well stock self service hotel. The breakfast was good. Had options of making waffles, sandwiches, some fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and eggs. It also had a microwave available for everyone to use at the lobby! Extra points because it is walking distance from grocery stores. Overall a pretty good stay, the only thing to keep on mind is that the underground parking is limited and it has some accessibility issues. There are a couple doors and hallways to go by before reaching the hotel or your room."

"The property was not as advertised. The room was 10 x 15 including the bathroom, desk, clothes rack and a queen bed. There was no restaurant on premise. The rooftop hot tub was a basement tub with hot water. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Room was quiet, spacious, and clean with premium shampoo and liquid soap. The in-room breakfast basket was a treat each day. Complimentary laundry was available in the basement. (Bring detergent sheets.) The friendly staff was available to answer our questions. The location is optimal for downtown, not too far from tourist stop #6. The property is immaculate. This hotel comes highly recommended."

"The room was very spacious and clean. We paid a little extra to get the balcony, spa and breakfast. The staff was amazing from checkin to checkout. Breakfast was bountiful and excellent. The spa had two hot tubs and a sauna plus a relaxing area with heated floors. We went two times during our stay since it was included. The view of Reykjavik was beautiful and since we visited in late April there was light in the sky very early and late at night. We will definitely be back."
