"We had a lovely stay . Very peaceful , we enjoyed the view from the porch siping a cocktail as well as our morning coffee and delish breakfast . The breakfast options were numerous and the croissants , amazing . Most of all we enjoyed the friendly woman who greeted us and checked us in . "Everyone was so nice. Room was small but clean and big enough for me. If you're a book person like myself then you'll. Love this hotel!! Central to Essex Street and attractions. I had 2 experiences, 1 could easily be explained, the other I'm not sure. Beautiful hotel and if you want to splurge then definitely go!"

"I am very happy I found this hotel on Expedia. Beautiful hotel. Food was very good if you plan on staying onsite to relax it’s perfect. The location is amazing. Staff is very accommodating and kind. Definitely will return. Definitely would recommend. If available I would suggest getting an ocean view with a balcony. No options to sit at night unless you are at the restaurant. The only issue is sitting areas. Getting spots at the pool. There is plenty of room on the beach but if you can bring an umbrella, unfortunately not enough umbrellas in the L L Bean storage container during our stay."
