Par contre nous attendions un vrai service digne d’un 5\*. My wife's dog is not my dog, but I judged the affinity sufficient. The hotel is great though. It has a refreshingly modern design, and everything inside works: it's the first time I've seen a towel hanger actually warm in 2025\. The only downside is that they don't accept dogs - and that despite having an Airedale in their name!
