"Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night"

"This place was so annoying to say the least. Old appliances (microwave from 1991), shower head sticking really far out of the wall... All of those things I don't care so much about when it comes to the big issue. THIS PLACE HAS NO ELEVATOR. If you have a lot of luggage, any kind of boxes, or anything heavy it sucks so much. Also if you're disabled I wouldn't even think about it. We had about 20 cases with us each roughly $20 that we had to lug up and down a tiny staircase each day as they had no rooms on the bottom. Also the staff sounded so annoyed when I inquired about a bottom room on the second day. They even have a wheelchair lift but it doesn't work so no luck there. The breakfast was exactly the same as any other hotel out there, basic sausage, biscuits, waffle machine... nothing special, just overall annoying and I will be happy to stay at another place next time."

Located Olin a quite residential area.Suitable for short term stays as space limited and more suitable for one person.Only minor issue was using the streaming apps on the tv as Netflix, Apple TV would not launch. I was able to overcome the issue by stream these apps on my devices and air play on the TV."

"We loved this house and the communication with the host was great. Only feedback would be that the house did not look or feel clean which was a shame for how beautiful the home is. Also, we bought items to BBQ and were not able to as the propane was out. Same with laundry. Had to go buy laundry soap since products in the home were empty. "

"Hello, I would like to formally report multiple issues with this stay.1.The listing advertised a garage available for guest use. Upon arrival, the garage was locked, and the host later stated it was not available.2.The property was not in acceptable condition. It was very dirty, with multiple broken or malfunctioning items. The dishwasher was leaking and not working.3.There was a severe ant infestation throughout the entire house, including all rooms.4.There were surveillance cameras around the property that were not properly disclosed. Additionally, their placement raised serious privacy concerns, as they were positioned in a way that could observe activity inside through the glass kitchen door. I have already reported this to support.5.During my stay, a bathroom door lock failed during normal use, trapping my belongings inside. I reported this immediately, but the issue was not resolved in time. Due to a scheduled flight, I was forced to pay out of pocket for a handyman to regain access.6.The host is now making inaccurate claims regarding damages, including unrelated items such as a yard gate, which I did not touch or damage. I am prepared to provide supporting evidence, including continuous video footage from my vehicle.Given the above, this stay did not meet basic standards, and I experienced significant inconvenience and additional expenses due to maintenance failures and misrepresentation."
